The members of the Bible Study wanted to do more for our members and community, so they began a prayer shawl ministry.

They knit and crochet various colors of shawls and say prayers while doing so. These are given to people with major illnesses or to families who need comfort or for various other reasons.

This group performs many other service projects for the Church and the community. These include making items for Women's and Children's Hospital, The Niagara Lutheran Home, The City Mission of Buffalo, various nursing homes in the area, and others.

New members are always welcome to join us.
