Message from Pastor Randy

Dear Family and Friends of Holy Cross,

It is time to celebrate our 2014 graduates at Holy Cross. God has gifted Holy Cross with many dear youth, and it’s always a joy to watch their God-given gifts and talents grow among us (even though we feel dated as we see them grow).

Katy Platt graduated from Clarence High. She recently attended freshman orientation and registered for fall classes at the University of Vermont. Katy’s intended major is medical lab science, and she hopes for a career in public health research. Her interests include playing the ukulele, arcade gaming, and just hanging out with friends.

Sophia Handley graduated from SMOK’s Christian Academy. Sophie will be attending NCCC for applied science and math, looking to a career as either a mechanical engineer or a mathematics professor. Sophie loves robotics, reading and spending time with family.

Congratulations, both of you! As you continue to develop your God-given talents and abilities, may you do so with the words of Proverbs 3:5-6, “Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make straight your paths.” (ESV)

In Jesus,
